Pastor Dr. Robin Vines-Randle, alongside her husband Kevin Lynn Randle is unveiling what it means to be a well-rounded woman of faith. Whether through her preaching, books, viral messages or workshops, you will soon discover why this woman is passionate about CHRIST and has compassion for His people. She has 20+ years of service at Miracle Temple Nondenominational Church, Inc to its members and the community at large after which she was guided by the Holy Spirit to establish First Love Ministries, Inc. 

Robin was raised under the tutelage of her grandmother the late apostle Bertha Lee Shepard where she honed her gift of preaching, teaching and writing. Her passion is to utilize all her gifts, experiences and spiritual insight to encourage every person she encounters to be all that God has destined them to become. She has served as Usher, Sunday School Teacher, Children’s Choir Director and Youth Pastor. Each of these ministries have trained and developed her to connect with people from all walks of life.Robin LOVE, LOVE working with women and young adult learners in a variety of settings. She holds a professional certification as Certified Diversity Professional (CDP). She is distinguished for the inclusion of each family member working together which challenged her to publish several children’s books for early learners, Daddy’s Shoes Are Too Big, I Like Me, and Yes You Can Suzan.  Robin believes that the family is a powerful force in changing the diverse world around us for the good. She continues to seek out ways to close the cultural gaps and bring INCLUSION in our churches and community.

When Robin isn’t preaching or writing, she uses her voice to empower growth and spiritual development. She has been the keynote speaker at several transitional homes, homeless shelters, women’s conferences, and schools throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Robin continues to touch the lives of many people in need. She is always reaching out and providing hope—not for a moment, but for a lifetime.Some of the highlights of Robin’s endeavors include:

• CEO of RREmpowers;
• Publication of Women’s “Clean Out Your Bag” workshop;
• Facilitation of STEAM(science, technology, engineering, liberal arts, mathematics) Programs with the Coast Guard
• Featured author of a book workshop “Daddy’s Shoes are too Big” at Beacon House Community Ministry
• Children’s books submitted in Prince Georges County Memorial Library.
• Written article published in Christian Women Magazine
• Weekly Group Coach at transitional homes throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
• Recipient of a Certificate of Excellence Award from Kenmoor Middle School; Career Day
• Participant in a book reading initiative at Dodge Park Elementary School
• Recipient of a Certificate of Appreciation from St. Francis Xavier Academy Elementary School
• Recipient of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Human Resources “People First Award” 

Robin holds degrees in Biblical Studies and Project Management. By following her heart and relying on her faith, Robin is able to give both adults and youth a unique skill set that will allow them to grow by sharing what they have learned with others. Of all her accomplishments Pastor Dr. Robin Randle is most proud of the life she and her husband, Kevin, have built together. Together they have two adult children, their adopted niece and a new granddaughter Aura Lee.
